BloodHound attempting to break Land-Speed Record

It may look like a rocket, but it’s actually a car. And if British engineers get it right, the Bloodhound could be the world’s fastest in the very near future.

The previous standing record was made back in October 1997 by Andy Green and his team with ThrustSSC a turbofan powered car from Britain as well. He is the first man to reach SuperSonic Speed on a car.

 

His record over 1Km of Black Rock Deserts details are :  760.343MPH and 1223.657Km/H

His record over 1Mile of Black Rock Deserts details are : 763.035MPH and 1227.986 Km/H
